We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly experienced business development executive to accelerate new business accounts for our full-service marketing and communications agency headquartered in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing new business, executing at a high level, and building long term relationships with local, regional, and national businesses. Top compensation, with a competitive base salary plus commission will be offered to the right person for this role.
This position is responsible for research pertaining to current client news and events, writing press releases and media advisories, and assisting with client accounts as needed. This position requires an exceptional work ethic, as well as professional writing and research abilities.
JDA is looking for an experienced Art Director to oversee creative projects from beginning to end at our advertising agency. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with impeccable design abilities and a distinct eye for color, pattern, typography, and conveying best design principles. As an Art Director, you excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling a variety of daily projects, and providing artistic direction to the team while being absent of ego. Someone who has a natural eye for persuasive design and copy across a variety of dynamic mediums will be successful in this role. As an Art Director, you will work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including copywriters, designers, developers, researchers, strategists, and other specialists. The Art Director will work under the guidance and leadership of our Creative Director and Associate Creative Director.
The position of Publicist is responsible for pitching topics, interviews and written works on behalf of all clients, calling and emailing media outlets to secure interviews, excerpts, and serial deals for our authors, as well as being the initial point of contact and clearinghouse for inbound media queries.
A publicist must be a news enthusiast who is able to identify opportunities and risks for clients and is capable of mastering a client’s voice to properly represent them to the media. This person also must show creativity and have excellent communication skills not only to collaborate with a team and maintain client satisfaction, but also to specifically cultivate relationships with reporters and producers as a media liaison. He or she must have an exceptional work ethic and be a self-starter, as this can be a remote position.
The job of an Account Manager is to help clients tell their stories to their audiences and establish a recognizable and respected public image. This position is responsible for every aspect of the accounts assigned to it: from leading client relations to creating and executing short and long-term public relations strategies, tracking news mentions and providing regular reports to clients. This position works closely, in a team environment, with a publicist and a writer.

As a Senior Brand Designer at JDA, the ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented with impeccable design abilities and a distinct eye for color, pattern and typography in brand identity and system design. Roughly half of this role will be true display of craft and conceptual brand identity and system design, and the other half production design and iterating. A Senior Brand Designer excels in an independent, fast-paced environment, can juggle a variety of daily projects, while being absent of ego. Someone who nerds out over every brand touchpoint and the details of creating and upholding brand standards and is an expert in creating beautiful and persuasive design is ideal for this role. They strive to embed and uphold brand strategy and make intentional brand decisions. You will work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team including researchers, strategists, copywriters, developers and other specialists as required. The position will work closely under the guidance and leadership of our Director of Brand.
We are seeking a Web Designer to work on the creative side of producing websites in alignment with the goals of JDA Worldwide and its clients. This person is responsible for designing visual elements for use online, reflecting the company’s branding and design aesthetic. The Web Designer will create layouts for landing pages, product pages, and other areas of the website and test different designs to see which are most effective.
The Project Manager is charged with owning highly complex projects that are instrumental to both our internal and client needs. We’re looking for marketing professionals with expertise in project management and organization. While the PM will partner with Account Executives to work with our clients, the PM is part of the Operations team to have an internal focus to be able to manage all projects and deliverables for each of those clients’ initiatives. This person must be the resident expert on all things systems and process. You will be expected to proactively find efficiencies and drive collaboration to ensure that projects are completed on time. This individual must have experience working in a similar role within a marketing agency or marketing department with a multi-disciplinary team, including account leads, creatives, branding, digital, and leadership. The PM will work closely under the guidance of our Director of Operations and Senior Director of Accounts.
This position is responsible for utilizing and optimizing digital marketing for JDA clients. The person in this role will have a strong foundation in digital marketing practices and channels, with an emphasis on tactical execution and reporting. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.
