Responsibilities:​ ​​This​ ​position​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​research​ ​pertaining​ ​to​ ​current​ ​client​ ​news​ ​and​ ​events, writing​ ​press​ ​releases​ ​and​ ​media​ ​advisories,​ ​and​ ​assisting​ ​with​ ​client​ ​accounts​ ​as​ ​needed.​ ​​​This​ ​position requires​ ​an​ ​exceptional​ ​work​ ​ethic,​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​professional​ ​writing​ ​and​ ​research​ ​abilities.

• Research, write, edit, and fact-check press releases, statements, and editorials
• Develop and curate customized media contract lists, tailored for each client’s location audience and campaigns
• Identify opportunities in the news cycle
• Collaborate and brainstorm alongside a team to assign tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Master and utilize company PR tools (such as Cision and Meltwater)
• Create​ ​analysis​ ​for​ ​client/media​ ​interactions​ ​and​ ​circulation
• Research, establish, and develop media relationships
• Present​ ​superb​ ​written​ ​material​ ​by​ ​requested​ ​deadlines
• Increase​ ​media​ ​interactions​ ​with​ ​client​ ​press​ ​releases​ ​measured​ ​by​ ​company​ ​analytics
• Other​ ​activities​ ​as​ ​assigned​ ​by​ ​manager

As a Social Media Intern, the ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for connecting brands with their consumers via social platforms. This role requires a strong interest in social media marketing strategy and channels, tactical execution, and reporting. This person will have the opportunity to dive more fully into social media to learn best practices, gain experience with social content creation and reporting, and learn how to navigate the ins and outs of the leading social media platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, the ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail, enjoys writing, and has a passion for digital applications. This role requires a strong interest in digital marketing practices and channels, tactical execution, and reporting. This candidate will have the opportunity to learn core components of digital marketing.  They should be detail oriented and interested in learning, experimenting, and trying new things under the digital umbrella.
