In an industry still facing several economic challenges from the aftermath of COVID, Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) was no exception. JDA partnered with PHG to support 15 restaurant locations, a hotel in the midwest, and its corporate brand with solutions across every entity to position PHG to meet growing sales in an increasingly competitive industry, establish brand loyalty, and support recruitment efforts.
Solution
Implementing a multi-channel approach has been a critical step in gaining momentum for each of the concepts. This approach included several annual and seasonal paid campaigns from small to large scale; routine email and social media marketing; brand expansion and reimagining; loyalty reward programs ideation, marketing and application designing, strategy, and management; restaurant location opening, renovation, and relocating; public relations and local community outreach; strategic planning, execution; data gathering, reporting, and testing.
Results
JDA has forged a powerful partnership with Prime Hospitality Group’s Ruth’s Chris Steak House as it expanded its impressive footprint across six states to become the largest Ruth’s Chris franchisee in the world. This collaboration has yielded remarkable results, including consecutive years of record-breaking sales that have solidified the franchise’s market dominance. Beyond the steak house success, JDA has worked closely with Prime Hospitality Group to develop and execute distinctive branding strategies for three additional restaurant concepts, creating cohesive yet unique identities within their portfolio. Throughout this journey, JDA has implemented sophisticated digital transformation initiatives that streamline operations and significantly enhance guest loyalty programs, laying a robust foundation for the continued growth and prosperity of all brands under the Prime Hospitality umbrella.
